Unifi is where you find the events. RSVPs, tickets and waivers run through our ticketing partners, like Posh and SweatPals. Our support team can help with refunds and waivers too

Which platforms do you use
Mostly Posh. Some fitness events use SweatPals. Each event’s RSVP button takes you to the right one.
Can I get a refund
It depends on the event. Not all tickets are refundable. Check the refund terms in the event description first. If your event allows refunds, or something went wrong, contact support and we will help.
Why do I need to sign a waiver
Runs, workouts and other fitness events are physical activities. The waiver is part of the RSVP. Questions about a waiver? Contact support.
I did not get my confirmation
Check your spam folder, then log in to the platform you RSVP’d on. Still missing? Contact support.
An event changed. Where are the latest details
The event’s ticketing page always has the final time, place and price.
